What is the processing time on orders?

Once an order is placed, there is a 24-48 hour processing time. We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped between 1-2 days.

I just placed my order, when will I get it?

We do our best to promptly ship out orders. Once your package is scanned at the post office, it is out of our control. The actual delivery time depends on the post office.

What do i do if my address is incorrect?

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we do custom orders. All custom orders require a deposit of 50 percent of the order and the balance must be paid 2 days before the order is picked up.

Do you offer pickup or delivery?

No, we currently do not offer pickup or delivery. At this time, we only offer shipping.
